Kiboko 4 Wins World Superyacht Award
The Farr-designed Baltic 142 Kiboko 4 received the World Superyacht Award in the sailing superyacht category, recognising the boat as the most significant sailing superyacht of its era. The award confirms Farr’s continued relevance at the highest level of performance superyacht design.

Gelliceaux, a Farr-designed Southern Wind 108, won her class at the St. Barths Bucket Regatta 2024 — the premier superyacht racing event in the Caribbean. The result added another major trophy to the Farr-Southern Wind partnership’s already distinguished record.

Britton Ward was named Principal of Farr Yacht Design, bringing fresh leadership to the office while maintaining the design methodology and performance standards that have defined the practice since 1969. Ward joined the office in 2003 and has been involved in the office’s most recent projects.

The Farr-designed Southern Wind 96 was delivered to her owners in 2020 and immediately began a successful racing campaign, recording class results at the St. Barths Bucket and other premier superyacht regattas. The SW96 is the most recent production model in the Farr-Southern Wind partnership.
