FARR 25 One Design

25’ | One-Design Grand Prix | 2008
International One-Design — Youth and Club Racing Class

The Farr 25 is a purpose-built one-design racing boat targeting the club racing and youth development market. At 25 feet, the boat is smaller and more accessible than the Farr 30 and Farr 40, but shares the same performance-focused design philosophy. The class has been used as a development platform for sailors progressing toward larger Grand Prix programmes.

The Farr 25 design brings the same attention to rating efficiency and one-design control that characterises the larger Farr class boats — a boat where crew skill rather than equipment advantage decides the result. The class is active in multiple national circuits and continues to attract competitive sailors looking for accessible Grand Prix-style racing.
